1985-1986 Tae kwon do with Richard Vince.
1987-1988 wu shu feng shou kung fu.
1999 Start teaching - privates students only.
2004 Started class that I still teach at King Georges Hall Harleston.
2006: Attained CCFB Certificate for Shaolin Chi na single stick and single blade under Angelos Fassois.
