for a 12.15pm Start
£10.00 per Competitor (up to 3 Categories) -
£1 per
Category after that - £1 per Spectator
- Children under 12
free.
Categories include: Hand Forms - Weapon Forms -
Sparring.
Adults & Children welcome to compete.
Trophies for 1st place - Medals for 2nd and 3rd.
(own sparing kit, head & groin guards and gum
shields )
